Oxford University Press, the world’s largest university press, today organized a first of its kind workshop on Using Technology in the Classrooms to Hear the Learners for teachers of classes 3-10. The total no of participants was 37.

The workshop on using technology in the classrooms was conducted by Mala Palani, who trained teachers to use different technology tools to enable learners maximise their learning and make their learning visible. She explained what it means to hear our learners, use electronic tools to flip classrooms, and finally, design a classroom that includes learner’s voices.



Mala Palani is a qualified Oxford Teachers’ Academy trainer. Learning and sharing ideas for improving English language learning is a passion for her. She works closely with the faculty from the University of Birmingham’s reputed College of Education to plan and deliver teaching programmes to ICSE, CBSE, IB and state board schools across the country.
