In a significant step towards reshaping career outcomes for commerce graduates, GCC School has announced NFET 2026, its flagship National Finance Entrance Test, designed to identify and prepare talent for high-growth careers in Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and leading global organizations.

NFET is a merit-based national entrance test that gives selected first class B.Com graduate candidates access to career opportunities with hiring top organizations, including the Big 4 and leading MNCs offering assured job, starting at 10 LPA, even before training begins. The initiative is built on GCC School’s distinctive “get hired first, then trained” model, created to bridge the gap between traditional commerce education and the needs of modern global finance and business services roles.

What differentiates GCC School is its focused career pathway for commerce graduates. Rather than following the conventional route of degree first and uncertain outcomes later, selected candidates enter a structured model where hiring potential is established upfront, followed by intensive industry-aligned training designed for contemporary finance roles in global enterprises.

Selected candidates will be eligible to enrol in the AI-Enabled International Accounting Professional (AEIAP) programme, scheduled to begin in July 2026. The 12-month programme is fully funded - enabled through structured education loans, and includes training in accounting and finance, along with communication and management modules. It includes coursework aligned with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) curriculum, communication training delivered by the British Council, a Post Graduate Certificate in Management component, and a six-month paid internship with leading organizations.

Founder & CEO of GCC School & KC GlobEd, Dr. Kamal Chhabra said, “Commerce graduates in India have long faced a gap between academic learning and industry compensation. At GCC School, we are changing that narrative by creating a pathway where talent is recognized early and rewarded with meaningful career opportunities. Applications for NEFT 2026 are open now. Interested candidates can register themselves through official website of GCC School (gccschool.com)."

Graduates from the programme have the confirmed opportunity to work with leading global organizations, including the Big Four consulting firms - Deloitte, PwC, EY, and KPMG, as well as other prominent employers such as RSM, Outbooks, Google, Barclays, Genpact, Microsoft, Infosys, and HP, and multiple other global consulting organizations reflecting GCC School’s strong industry alignment and employer relevance.
