PRATHAM, a leading Test Prep institution for Undergraduate Entrance Examinations in association with the Times of India organized a seminar, ‘NEW AGE APTITUDE BASED CAREER OPTIONS”, in the city for students and parents. It was aimed at creating awareness on the emerging new-age career options for young students in various fields as opposed to the conventional ones. The seminar was attended by around 500 students.

The seminar provided an interactive platform for career options, opportunities, and future-ready courses. The theme of the seminar was to help students understand the importance and relevance of the Aptitude Test.

Sharing his thoughts on the initiative, Mr. Ankit Kapoor said, “It has become consequential for students to keep transforming their skill-sets with the changing trends. In order to be irreplaceable in today’s world of possibilities, one must stand unique amongst the competition. The need for building a strong foundation for Aptitude from an early age is very important.”

Over the years, major entrance exams have shown a shift from a subjective pattern to MCQ’s (Multiple Choice Questions). All India LAW entrance exam CLAT, Delhi University DU- JAT Exam, Five year Integrated program in Management (IPM) offered by IIM Indore and IIM Rohtak, and National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) are classic examples of this major shift. This exam tests students’ ability to showcase their analytical skills and ability to do the questions in a well stipulated time frame i.e., Speed and Accuracy.

“It is very important to lead a life of an aware human being, one should always concentrate to be a conscientious human being. The spirit and enthusiasm should always be high in order to confront challenges boldly.” New Age Aptitude Based Career Options is an interactive platform that helps students in choosing the right career options and growing in their respective creative fields”. Said Mr. Abhimanyu Rajpurohit.

PRATHAM, the only educational institution to be successfully delivering results continuously for the past 11 years, arranged a discussion on career opportunities available in various creative domains. PRATHAM's Founding Head, Mr. Ankit Kapoor, who is an alumnus of Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies and Mr. Abhimanyu Rajpurohit, B.A.LLB from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala, with an experience of 9 years in education industry, led the discussions.
