Delhi never fails to arouse enthusiasm and this time it is “North India Car Rally” that will be held on Sunday, 14th October, 2018. The rally is also for a special cause as it aims to create awareness about the benefits of Immunization from Measles Rubella and Polio. the rally is being jointly conceived by Rotary, Inner wheel, Rotaract & interact clubs of RI Distt 3011 & 3012 comprise Delhi NCR



This spectacular affair would act as a lead up to the World Polio Day (24 October), celebrations. The rally will be flagged-off from different locations like Sarojini Nagar, Ashok Vihar, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Rohtak, Rewadi, Sonepat etc.



The culmination ceremony will also take place at the Nehru Park for which different types of programmed are organized.



Rotary International President Nominee Rtn Sushil Gupta will be the chief guest for the rally. Also the representative of organization attending the car rally would include Govt. of India, WHO,UNICEF, NDMC, Delhi Police and Ambassadors of several countries. Furthermore adding glitz and glamour to the event would be Megha Dubey, Mrs India Universe 2017 Runner Up, Mrs East Asia Earth 2018 who will be attending the event.



Excited about the upcoming north India car rally, Distt Govenot Vinay Bhatia said “Apart from highlighting the benefits of Immunization, the initiative is aimed at further improving Rotary’s Public Image by highlighting its role in India becoming and remaining Polio-free, as well as Rotary’s commitment to leverage the infrastructure and enthusiasm built up during the Polio Eradication efforts.”
