New Delhi: The International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) expressed its deepest gratitude to His Excellency Ashraf Shikhaliyev, the outgoing Ambassador of Azerbaijan to India, for his dedicated efforts in strengthening and promoting cultural relations between India and Azerbaijan.
